Heather Hill

Mindy and Ronni Reasonover are a husband-and-wife artist team based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, working from a vibrant studio located in the historic 1864 Captain John Tobey House. Their creative space is described as “part fine art, part fantasy, and all color,” and is known for its whimsical and bold aesthetic, often featuring oversized painted wooden dragonflies, lobsters, mermaids, and other fantastical elements. Mindy is particularly recognized for her acrylic paintings of floral subjects—especially hydrangeas—as well as her detailed faux finishes, murals, and interior design work. In addition to her fine art, she runs a design business called Color Your World, founded in 1991, which blends interior design, color consulting, faux finishes, and original artwork. Ronni focuses more on sculptural works, especially intricate wood carvings and one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by nature and the sea, often incorporating salvaged materials like driftwood to reflect his commitment to ocean conservation. Together, their work plays with scale, texture, color, and narrative whimsy, and is exhibited locally across Cape Cod and Nantucket, as well as in regional galleries.

Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Heather creates a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for—guiding them toward healthy, radiant skin while boosting their confidence in their natural beauty. Nicole Gabai, a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional™ with over two decades of hands-on organizing experience. Growing up in a very disorganized home, I know first-hand the challenges, frustrations, and impact that these have on our lives. At the age of seven, I began creating organized spaces while attending a Montessori school in Paris, France. Later in life, it became my passion! Working in the fast-paced world of TV production, I used my skills to create organizational systems. Later, when I became an actress and a model, I quickly realized that creating sustainable organizing systems was the key to success.
Now, being able to understand how freeing it is when your surroundings are organized, I have dedicated my life’s work to creatively helping people gain the skills they need to have a well-organized workplace and home. I am among fewer than 100 people worldwide to become a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional™. I founded B. Organized in 1999, and am a Golden Circle member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), as well as a past historian of the South Florida chapter.
